Grano Hotel Gdansk Riverside

Appreciated the place, had a really really nice stay during our visit. All of the staff members were extremely polite and amiable.

No complaints, the venue met requests, would recomand it. Gorgeous and nicely decorated hotel, flexible staff, loved the excellent location near nice restaurants and attractions, the rest of the Gdynia / Sopot area and the main walking areas. Views of sun were pleasant, the room was neat and stylish. Big bed and pillows, there were tea/coffee making equipment, multi-channel television and a writing desk available.

Noise isolation is highly insufficient!!! It's frustrating to deal with inconsistent air conditioning and poorly maintained spa facilities!!! More attention to details in housekeeping would improve the overall experience significantly!!!

This place was just a fitting option for a holiday in Gdansk with excellent value for money. The included breakfast had a fun surprise with sparkling wine, which we loved. Be prepared for some noise, especially from the parking area.

Enjoyed the relaxing spa facilities but disappointed by the noisy air conditioning.

The spa facilities were great, especially the pool with non-chloride water. I loved using the sauna and jacuzzi, and the area was relaxing despite some crowding at times.

Nice stay but a few quirks

The room was clean and the staff were super friendly. I loved the pool area, perfect for a morning dip. But man, the walls are paper thin! You can hear everything from the rooms next door, which got kinda annoying at times. Breakfast was great though, lots of options!

Absolutely loved the SPA! So relaxing after a long day of exploring 🌟. The location was great too, just a short walk to the main square. Just wish the coffee service was better, hard to get between 10:30 to 1 pm.

Can't recommend highly enough for a holiday

Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff made our stay good, especially with a location just a 10-minute stroll from the city center and the convenience of free wi-fi throughout the hotel.

The room lacked character and housekeeping could improve. An unexpected charge for a wine request was a slight disappointment, but overall, it was enjoyable.

Fantastic Spa and Breakfast Experience

The breakfast was beyond expectations, with a huge variety of Polish dishes and fresh fruits. The staff were attentive. I found the air conditioning in my room a bit noisy at times.

The hotel is perfect location just a short walk from the fine Gdansk waterfront. We loved the relaxing vibe by the pool, clean and well-maintained. The staff was attentive and ready to assist with any inquiries.

In my wife's opinion, more family-friendly activities would enhance the experience.
